Rental Guidelines
Rental Includes: All bed linens and blankets are provided. All bedrooms and living rooms are fully carpeted. Kitchens are equipped with stoneware, bowls, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, automatic drip coffee-maker with filters, toaster and microwave oven. Dish towels, dish washing detergent, paper towels and toilet paper are also provided for your convenience.
Rental Does Not Include: We do not provide bath towels or linens for couches.
Rental Policies:
- * Summer Rates apply June thru August. Daily rates good with a two day minimum rental.
- ** Additional guests may stay for an additional fee. Please call for details. Extra persons will be charged $20.00 day/$100 week (includes children of any age).
- Sorry, no pets are allowed in cabins. During hunting season, dogs are allowed if kept outside in kennels/runs.
- Check in time is 2:30 p.m. and check out time is 8:30 a.m.
- A deposit is required on all reservations. Upon receipt of deposit, we will confirm your reservation by mail, or email if you prefer. For summer months a 50% pretax deposit is required by mid February of that year. Deposits will be refunded, less a 25% service charge, if the cottage is rented.
- We accept cash, personal checks, Master Card and Visa.
- Our cottage facilities and grounds are for registered guests. Our docks and parking are available for customers of the Pub & Grill.
